When redesigning the homepage for Herndon, Coleman, Brading, & McKee, LLP, it was clear that the firm needed a refreshed visual identity that better reflected both their deep roots in the Tri-Cities area and their long-standing reputation in the community. The previous design lacked personality and didn’t capture the essence of who they are or where they’re from.

To bring their story to life, I leaned into the natural beauty and character of East Tennessee, incorporating mountain and forest motifs that subtly anchor the site in the region. The design blends professionalism with warmth—using earthy tones, layered textures, and a clean layout that balances tradition with modernity. The result is a site that feels grounded, trustworthy, and distinctly local—something that not only supports their brand but also helps potential clients feel a stronger connection to the firm before they even pick up the phone.
