On a personal note, I’m an avid gamer who previously competed nationally as a professional video game player. Gaming has not only been a passion but has also helped me hone my problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, which I incorporate into my design work. Outside of design, I love spending quality time with my wife and son. If it’s a sport and it’s on TV, you can bet I’ll be watching it!

Troy took a last-minute kick off call for me during an unexpected absence. You were brought on as the designer for the largest PI client in Seattle and you have gone above and beyond to listen to the client’s wants and figure out how to incorporate ALL of his external marketing into his website. I want to recognize and congratulate Troy Stenstromon his excellent Presentation Call for [confidential client]. The call recording was used during several C3 Call Coaching sessions this week and I was very impressed by the performance.
He took the time to establish rapport with the customer, complimenting his logo and sharing the good news that the previously assigned content strat was out on leave with his new baby. He did an admirable job leading the conversation and drawing the customer’s attention to key features of the design and content. Troy referenced others on the team by name several times and mentioned how the design and content works together to create the best experience. He and others came across as a unified team with unified messaging on the ability to launch the site and make changes later.

I am submitting this recognition to Troy Stenstrom for his partnership in helping our team meet or weekly metrics. I had a large amount of accounts ready to go live and I needed help resolving defects and making last minute adjustments. Troy has taken time to step in and help keep things moved ahead for several accounts he was covering for a team member who is out of office. Troy not only helps but takes time to answer my questions and/or show me how something is done if I ask him for a quick walk through. He is always willing to help out even though I know he has a lot of his own work to manage. A big shout out to Troy for helping me get our client projects fulfilled so they can recognize the benefit for their investment.

Troy has been a huge help to me and the rest of the team these past couple of weeks. He knew I was a little stressed, so he personally messaged me offering to help. He made some major edits on a site for a really old project when the client suddenly reengaged and helped me finish up another design so we would have ample time for review and QA. He also gave me some tips to use the vendor more effectively so I can be more creative and less stressed.
Troy has a contagious positive attitude which I believe makes the design team more productive. Literally everyone loves working with him because he always puts the client first with a simile on his face (in the form of emojis because we can’t see him).
